GracePointe Church
We were proud to help with the design and construction of the new 8,000+ square-foot GracePointe Church sanctuary and classroom building. The project includes a 300+ seat auditorium and worship center plus much-needed classroom and office space. Even with the challenges of material prices and availability fluctuating wildly due to the pandemic, we brought the project to completion on time and on budget.

22nd Street Baptist Church
We were asked to guide church leadership through a badly-needed update and expansion of a campus that had changed little since its construction in 1957. We were integral in every element of the project, from selecting the architects to drafting the “wish list” to creating realistic budget and timeframe parameters. And when the pandemic hit, we were crucial in helping them weather unpredictable material cost increases, shortages and worker shortages. Though the pandemic extended the project 8 months, we are especially proud of the final results and that we were able to keep the entire project within the original budget with only a 3% overrun.

Desert Hope Lutheran Church
We worked with Desert Hope to complete several important remodels to their church on East Speedway. Inside, we helped them create a welcoming new sanctuary, added a narthex, and built out office space for church administration. Outside, we created a community gathering space for casual fellowship events and designed, fabricated and installed a new cross on the church’s northern facade.

Faith Community Church
In 2013 we were hired to build a two-story school expansion, complete various interior improvements, and build a new front entry for Faith Community Church.

St. Alban’s
Our work included interior renovations to the Parish Hall as well as St. Alban’s school classrooms. Their beautiful new addition – completed in just 41/2 months – will house church offices, school administration offices, a choir room, and youth group activity room. Site work included a 19,000 square foot expansion of their existing parking lot.

The Bridge Christian Church
This small congregation had big aspirations which presented us with site and zoning challenges. Asked to consult on the development plan, we assisted with the design of the project and the development of a budget that helped with financing. Despite the challenges, the project was delivered on time and, importantly, on budget.

The Oasis Church
The Oasis Church congregation looked to us to transform an existing preschool into a new, vibrant home. Moving a bearing wall (to increase space) and adding a moveable glass partition (for outside participant) were challenges. Budget was an obvious priority which required creativity in the design to minimize cost and maximize sustainability.
