Pyramid Federal Credit Union Corporate Offices
Pyramid Federal Credit Union came to us for the complete renovation of an existing two-story building into their new corporate offices. Pyramid will combine multiple offices into this new 37,000+ square-foot buildout which provides for a wide variety of diverse corporate services, including Financial Planning, Management, I.T., meeting and training rooms, storage, conference rooms, and a large café/break room. Even through the many challenges brought on by the pandemic, we completed the project on time and on budget.

New York Life
Our first project with New York Life was the interior remodel of their striking new 15,000 square foot office in a downtown Tucson high-rise.

Ernst and Young
Ernst and Young, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, chose us to create their national executive support center here in Tucson. Our renovation of an entire 11,000 square foot floor at 177 N Church, completed on a demanding three-month timeline, created a highly advanced office space that meets the highest technological and environmental standards.

Bayview Financial Services
Facing a severe time constraint, Bayview trusted our reputation for on-time performance and came to us to do the renovation of their 28,000+ sq. ft. office space. The renovation included reconfiguring 4 existing suites into multiple offices, conference rooms, training rooms, break rooms and open office space. Despite the aggressive time demands, we were true to our word and complete the project in just 90 calendar days. Bayview was especially pleased that we delivered it under budget as well.

National Bank of Arizona – Bisbee, Arizona
We have built over 25 projects with National Bank of Arizona. Most recently, we’ve completed a complete interior remodel of the Sonoita branch, and the design and construction of a brand new 4,000 square foot branch in Bisbee.

CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP
Completed on time (just 75 days) and under budget, the build-out of this 12,000 square foot space at Williams Centre demanded a complete demolition of the existing space as well as the installation of a completely new electrical system (including state of the art LED light fixtures) and HVAC system. This creatively unique work environment included a Café meeting and break room, private offices with all glass fronts and barn doors, and an open office layout.

Alliance Bank
Over the past several years we have had the pleasure of completing 12 different projects for Alliance Bank. The highlight has been their beautiful new 2-story corporate office building at The Williams Centre. We continue with Alliance in the planning of future projects.

Paine Webber
This Williams Centre interior build-out was accomplished seamlessly, conforming to national specifications and coordinating the utilization of specialized product and materials from the East Coast. Vendors were flown in to accomplish their work according to a critically demanding, highly choreographed schedule.

Merrill Lynch
Sitting atop the Williams Centre, this full-floor remodel required a heightened attention to detail throughout, with complex, intricate woodworking, custom Italian glass, case work and flooring. The schedule was demanding and absolutely had to be met. It was.
